The project required durable warehouse shelving and pallet racking to support increasing operational demand. As a result, we installed high-capacity storage systems designed to improve organisation, strengthen load performance and maximise available warehouse space — all completed within a two-day installation period.

This warehouse storage project in Leeds combined heavy duty shelving with pallet racking to create a structured and scalable storage solution. The objective was simple: increase capacity while maintaining safe and efficient access throughout the facility.

Operating within a fast-paced engineering environment, the client required a robust storage solution capable of supporting a wide range of parts, components and materials. Because the warehouse handled varied stock profiles, the system needed to be both flexible and strong.

The new installation therefore had to:

We installed:

• 26 bays of Anco shelving
• Height: 1980mm
• Width: 1830mm
• Depth: 451mm
• 5 shelf levels
• 300kg load capacity per shelf level

This heavy duty shelving system provides strong and reliable storage for boxed goods, parts and equipment. In addition, the five-tier configuration maximises vertical space while maintaining easy access for warehouse staff.

The steel shelving systems were positioned to improve workflow and ensure long-term durability in a demanding engineering setting.

In addition, we installed:

• 2 bays of Link 51 pallet racking
• Frame height: 4800mm
• Frame depth: 900mm
• Beam length: 2325mm
• 3 beam levels
• 2000kg load capacity per beam level

This heavy-duty pallet racking system provides high-capacity storage for palletised goods and bulk stock. As a result, the warehouse now benefits from structured storage zones that improve efficiency and load management.

The installation was completed within two days, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. As a result, the client now benefits from improved organisation and greater storage density.
